Hen of the Woods Mushroom

Hen of the Woods Mushroom can grow as large as Forty or Fifty Pounds (this particular sprout is approx 3 pounds).
Studies reveal that Grifola Frondosa is good for you and are loaded with immune-enhansing and cancer preventing properties.
Hen of the Woods usually grow near the base of bur oak trees and seem to camoflauge themselves well along the forest floor.
